<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, i.e. also known as 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your “own business within our business" by creating a network of clients and filling their job vacancies with your network of freelancers.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Client and Candidate Management: </strong>Maintain close connections with managers and build a network of candidates to meet their specific requirements.</li>
<li><strong>New Business Development: </strong>Independently acquire new clients and candidates by phone.</li>
<li><strong>Deal Negotiation: </strong>Skillfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.</li>
<li><strong>Primary Contact: </strong>Be the go-to person for your candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.</li>

<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Motivation and Ambition: </strong>Thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on results.</li>
<li><strong>Experience: </strong>Sales experience is a plus but not required. Experience in HORECA/hospitality, sales, recruitment, or a similarly fast-paced environment is advantageous.</li>
<li><strong>Communication Skills: Language Skills: </strong>Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is a very big plus, if not, prior sales/BD/account management/recruitment + almost native English is required.</li>
<li><strong>Location</strong>: You should reside in or around Amsterdam or have concrete plans to relocate</li>
