THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to join our warehouse team in Portlaoise. This is a part\-time, hands\-on role at the heart of how we deliver for our clients.

You’ll be picking, packing, and shipping orders every day — making sure every single one leaves looking perfect. You’ll work alongside our Fulfilment Manager to keep the warehouse running smoothly, stock accurate, and orders going out on time.

The standard here is simple: every order should look like it’s going to the CEO of the company. That’s the bar we hold ourselves to, every time. We treat everything we send with great care and attention, and we need someone who has brilliant attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders daily


• Creating shipping labels and customs invoices using FedEx and An Post


• Managing customs submissions and following up on any held shipments


• Keeping stock accurate — counting, checking, and flagging anything running low


• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and clearly labelled


• Tracking outbound shipments and flagging any issues or returns

• A smart and enthusiastic individual.


• Highly organised and diligent person \- it is essential that you have great attention to detail.


• Fluent English is essential.


• Must be over 18\.


• Physically fit and comfortable with hands\-on warehouse work — boxes can be up to 20kg


• Computer literate — comfortable with Excel and picking up new systems quickly


• Detail\-oriented and takes pride in doing things right first time


• Self\-sufficient — you figure things out, you don’t wait to be told


• A team player who’s happy to get stuck in


• Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters more

This is a part\-time permanent role based in Portlaoise. Not suitable as a remote position.Required in Person: Monday \- Friday (9 am – 1 pm)

Our office and warehouse are located in the National Enterprise Park, just outside Portlaoise town centre \- a nice place to work with onsite parking.
