Position Overview
We are seeking a Fruit Products Coordinator to oversee and manage daily fruit product operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The Fruit Products Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Fruitindo BV’s reputation for excellence in fruit distribution and trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fruit product distribution, logistics, and supply chain activities.
- Liaise with farmers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and product documentation.
- Support procurement, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on product performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, trade shows, and client engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ food industry regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in fruit product coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of fruit industry standards, quality control, and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
