About The Role

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, guest services, reservations, and lobby area to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role ensures smooth check\-in and check\-out processes, handles guest concerns, manages staff scheduling, and maintains adherence to hotel standards and procedures.

Key Duties \& Responsibilities

· Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered consistently.

· Supervise daily front office operations including check\-ins, check\-outs, reservations, and cash handling.

· Maintain accurate room inventory and collaborate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

· Oversee night audit operations and verify daily revenue reports.

· Recruit, train, and develop front office staff including receptionists and reservations agents.

· Prepare \& Manage Rosters ensuring adequate coverage based on business levels

· Foster a positive and professional team environment.
