As a Front Office Host(ess):* You will provide a warm welcome and smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests

• To add the extra Park Plaza touch, you will also build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions.


• You will be empowered to personalise guest stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes.
