This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your hospitality career in a modern, extended stay hotel environment, where every day brings new interactions and challenges. Your welcoming attitude will help create memorable experiences for our diverse guests, all while working in a dynamic and supportive team. In deze rol als Front Office Employee \- full time (ook wel bekend als Meewerkend Receptionist of Hotel Receptionist) ben je de spil van de organisatie en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt in ons hotel in Badhoevedorp.

Wat ga je doen
------------------

• Warmly welcome guests and handle check\-ins and check\-outs with efficiency and a smile


• Provide guests with information about our hotel facilities, Badhoevedorp, and the Amsterdam region


• Handle reservations and answer inquiries via phone, email, and at the front desk


• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate guest records door gebruik te maken van het Property Management System (PMS)


• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure an excellent guest experience


• Ensure the operation of food market is always running smoothly

• Enthusiastic and service\-oriented personality with a natural flair for hospitality


• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch and other languages are a plus


• A team player who is flexible and eager to learn in a fast\-paced environment


• Available for full\-time shifts (hoewel de tekst part\-time noemt, zoeken we voor deze specifieke vacature een full\-time invulling), including evenings and weekends

• Salary: € 14,91 \- € 15,00 per hour
