Front of House Team Leader

What you'll be doing day\-to\-day:

As a Team Leader, you'll be right at the heart of the action, supporting our managers and helping the team deliver top\-notch service. Here's a taste of what your day might look like:

• Leading by example: You'll be a role model for the team, demonstrating our values and keeping spirits high during busy shifts.


• Supporting the crew: From coaching new team members to maybe helping out on the grill and front of house, you'll be there to lend a hand and ensure everyone feels supported.


• Keeping things smooth: You'll help make sure our operations run like a well\-oiled machine, from managing orders to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.


• Customer delight: You'll be a friendly face for our customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience from start to finish.


• Problem\-solving pro: You'll tackle challenges with a smile, finding solutions and keeping things positive.
