Front of House Supervisor - Reception/Coworking/Wellness
Job Overview
The FOH Supervisor (Dulwich) will be responsible for overseeing the front of house (reception) team and operations, ensuring members are looked after, the flow of customers is smooth, the team are supported and processes are clear. They will also manage the studio processes for our two busy wellness studios.
This role will include managing the reception team, delegating tasks and ensuring they are delivered to a high standard. They will scrutinise and continually improve all areas of our front of house service, from the flow of customers to our workspace offering, systems and processes, building improvements, marketing and events, staffing and recruitment and internal communications. They will be responsible for overseeing the wellness and general inboxes, and will manage queries and requests from our Dulwich based wellness instructors.
Alongside the Head of Wellness, they will be responsible for the day to day running of the wellness studios. This will involve overseeing the wellness customer journey and the flow of people in and out of classes. They will ensure the studios are well stocked, clean, and classes are running smoothly. They will help to manage wellness events, including private hires and wellness workshops, and will proactively schedule events which positively contribute to building our community. They will manage our CRM and booking system for classes, and will help out on teacher recruitment and schedule programming.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervising the front of house team, delegating tasks, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, training junior members of staff
- Managing the front of house staff rota, managing holidays and cover for shifts
- Assisting the sales team with tours and sales of office spaces and treatment rooms
- Managing wellness studio stock and equipment
- Overseeing building improvements
- Scrutinising daily processes to streamline and improve workstreams
- Ensuring wellness studios are clean and well maintained
- Ensuring virtual class tech and set up are working smoothly
- Overseeing the workspace and improving our offering where needed
- Building community with our members, running events to bring people together
- Assisting with events and proactively managing wellness and community events
- Supporting the wellness team with class schedule changes and teacher recruitment
- Responsible for managing workspace and office sales

We require the following:
- Spoken and written English at a B2 level or above.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- At least 3 years in a similar role.
- A proven interest in wellness.
Part\-time \- immediate start
Pay: £15\.80 per hour
Expected hours: 24\-30 hours per week
Shift pattern: Four shifts per week, with opportunities for extra shifts
