What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Enthusiasm: Motivate and manage the front\-of\-house team, setting the standard for outstanding service and positive energy.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work hand\-in\-hand with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Keep Things Flowing: Oversee the restaurant and bar area to maintain smooth service, solve any hiccups swiftly, and keep the good vibes rolling from open to close.
- Experience Expert: Step in to greet guests, handle inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, creating an environment where memories are made.
- Train \& Mentor: Help new team members get up to speed and coach existing team to hone their skills, building a strong, cohesive team.
- You’ve led a team in a similar role and thrive in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment where no two days are the same.
