Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise front\-of\-house team members ensuring smooth service delivery


• Oversee food preparation and serving processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation


• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all service areas


• Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing coaching to enhance team performance


• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to foster positive experiences


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service delivery


• Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the front\-of\-house area to uphold a welcoming environment


• Support event setups or special functions as required

Skills

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment


• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour


• Experience in serving, hospitality management, or hotel environments is highly desirable


• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining high standards of service
