Our Front of House Supervisors’ are a champions at delivering an exceptional level of service to our members. It’s a varied role where you’ll get to work across all areas of the building including the members club impressive fine dining restaurant named after the well esteemed Richard Attenborough, as well as supporting on external event hires, BAFTA events and screenings.

They will support the Assistant Managers in delivering an exceptional and consistent standard of service to BAFTA Members and guests. The role combines hands\-on service and team leadership with day\-to\-day financial and operational responsibility, helping to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is an iconic London landmark and the headquarters of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, which celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2027

Spanning five floors of exceptional spaces, it offers a unique environment where BAFTA Members, industry professionals and invited guests come together for a diverse range of prestigious BAFTA, corporate and creative activities.

The 4th floor Members’ Bar \& Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a vibrant programme of events, from immersive experiences, film screenings and cultural events to special dining occasions and private celebrations.

With its distinctive character, heritage and history, BAFTA 195 Piccadilly plays an important role in supporting BAFTA's charitable mission to identify, celebrate and nurture talent across film, television and games.
