Job Summary
As a Front End Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers in a hospitality setting. Your role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all patrons.
Duties \- Greet customers as they enter the establishment \- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services \- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently \- Handle cash and card transactions at the front desk \- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front end area \- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills \- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is advantageous \- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial \- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus \- Bartending skills are desirable for this role

- Shift pattern is strictly Thursday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
