Front of House - Sales/Customer Service Manager
Working for Brow Spa at the prestigious Harrods H Beauty, Chester, we are looking for an experienced, highly professional, Front of House/Sales \& Service Manager to lead our Front of House Operation and join our friendly, professional team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a retail environment or similar role with exceptional sales \& customer service skills. A multi\-tasker who is super organised, committed to the growth and success of our business and able to manage all aspects of our reception/customer service and day to day operational requirements with ease, a smile and complete professionalism. Able to meet targets set and move easily in a fast\-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Front of House \- Overseeing all front of house responsibilities including reception, meeting and greeting, answer the telephone, emails and customer enquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner providing accurate information to customers regarding their treatments, bookings or product enquiries.
- Sales, cash handling and financial reporting \- you will be used to meeting sales targets and be self\-motivated to achieve targets set and work with the team to share sales tips. Daily, weekly and monthly sales/financial reporting is required along with daily cash up/reconciliation.
- Selling/upselling products and treatments as necessary, maximising revenue to assist the business in meeting overall business performance measures
- Customer service \- managing all enquiries via telephone, email and social media on time and in line with company guidelines, ensuring handovers take place with management team.
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure the salon/team are running smoothly and professionally with the highest levels of customer service being delivered. Working closely with Artists, MD, store Managers and colleagues to make this happen daily ensuring a positive, results driven, efficiently run working environment and experience for all.
- Work with the phorest system and team to ensure diaries are managed effectively and to full capacity, ensuring business targets and SL’s are met
- Supporting the team to ensure we receive maximum 5\* service and reviews. Deal with and resolve any escalated customer complaints using initiative to turn customer around or escalate to MD as appropriate
- Adhering to brand guidelines at all times and following our mission to "Ensure our clients experience nothing but delight from start to finish when they are in our company" (whether that be in person, online or over the telephone) – nothing is too much trouble, ensuring our customers and clients recommend us on Google or with Phorest reviews and with our recommend a friend scheme.
- Being super organised and in control of clients, diaries, stock and the reception area, systems and staff rota's, booking in, re\-booking and amending appointments as required – filling empty times to ensure maximum productivity and keeping no\-shows to an absolute minimum using tried and tested processes.
- Ensuring our front of house and environment remains tidy, organised, clean and everything is in immaculate condition at all times, adhering to HSE and company guidelines
- Supporting the team to perform treatments to an exceptional standard within designated time frames whilst maintaining a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines at all times
- Monthly reporting of stock levels for treatments and retail ensuring stock is ordered in time and managed securely and efficiently
- Delivering and participating in training as required
- Liasing with MD, marketing, HR, commercial teams and H beauty colleagues as required ensuring a positive, results driven, efficiently run working environment and experience for all.
