This is a key front\-facing role where you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors, tenants, contractors, and colleagues while supporting the smooth day\-to\-day running of the workplace.

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll act as the face of the workplace — providing a warm welcome, managing front desk operations, and supporting workplace services and administration.
This is a varied role combining customer service, coordination, administration, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working as part of a wider team.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Front of House \& Reception
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
- Deliver a professional, welcoming, and customer\-focused experience at all times
- Manage visitor sign\-in procedures and issue passes where required
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Respond to staff requests, queries, and workplace issues in a timely manner
- Manage internal systems including:
+ Visitor bookings
+ Access passes
+ Loading bay and delivery permits
- Support with the setup and coordination of evening events when required
Administration \& Workplace Support
- Carry out general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
- Log incidents and maintain site documentation
- Support facilities administration, reports, and compliance paperwork
- Assist the Workplace Manager with ad\-hoc tasks and operational support
- Participate in an on\-call rota if required

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Calm, professional, and proactive approach in customer\-facing environments
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to supporting events outside normal working hours where required
- Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Previous experience within front of house, reception, facilities, or security roles
- Knowledge of Health \& Safety or building security procedures
- Experience working within a 5\-star customer service environment
