Front of House Manager

We’re hiring at Wellface.

We’re looking for a Front of House / Patient Coordinator to join our Cobham clinic.

Wellface is an award\-winning, doctor\-led aesthetics and skin health clinic known for delivering natural, refined results. Our focus is on long\-term skin health, premium treatments, and a seamless patient experience from first contact through to long\-term care.

This is not a standard reception role. You will be responsible for owning the patient journey and representing the Wellface brand at the highest level.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire experience while ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients in a warm, polished, and professional manner


• Managing bookings, consultations, and clinic diaries


• Handling payments and supporting a smooth patient flow


• Guiding patients through treatment plans and memberships


• Supporting the team in maintaining a calm, premium clinic environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a premium clinic, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality environment


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Confident in building rapport and guiding patients through their journey


• Comfortable discussing treatments and supporting conversions


• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
