Front of House Manager — Tempo, Ealing W13

£17–20/hour \+ share of tips · 5 days a week · Full\-time

Tempo is a new 18\-cover pizza and wine restaurant opening in Ealing. Great pizza, a thoughtful natural\-leaning wine list, and a focus on doing a few things really well. Our pizza team comes from some of London's top pizza restaurants and now we're looking for someone to lead the floor.

The role

You'll run service front of house: greeting guests, looking after tables, pouring and talking through wine, and setting the tone for the room. It's a small space, so the experience guests have is largely down to you.

You'll need:

• Management experience in a restaurant or bar setting


• Confidence greeting guests, running tables, and serving drinks


• Cocktail prep — batching and finishing our house drinks


• Genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality


• Wine knowledge a plus — but proper training is provided
