We are currently accepting applications for the position of a Front of House Manager role based at our Balbriggan Clinic in North County Dublin.

Our busy skin and beauty clinic, Monica Tolan the Skin Experts in Balbriggan is looking for a Front of House Team Member to help keep operations running smoothly.

This will be a full\-time position (5 days work per week) based on the right candidate and the needs of the business.

The correct candidate will require flexibility from time to time.

As the role is being defined, developed and grows the days/ hours needed may change, again to suit the business and the right candidate.

The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated self\-starter capable of delivering a high standard of work and drive to continue to learn \& grow.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use your computer skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently.


• Use your social media skills to manage our social accounts, create content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok efficiently.


• Supporting the team and assisting with diary management, appointments and queries via phone, email and social media.


• Front of house duties, delivering a warm, professional welcome in our fast paced clinic.


• Think outside the box to solve challenges and improve processes.


• Be flexible to work in multiple locations as needed in our Balbriggan or Malahide clinics.


• Providing excellent customer care to all clients.


• Assisting with other duties when required.

• Experience: Proficient with computers, scheduling, and managing people.


• Previous Phorest experience not essential but a bonus


• Previous Shopify experience not essential but a bonus


• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different tasks and locations.


• Problem\-Solving: Ability to think creatively and independently.


• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff.


• Must be trustworthy, responsible, energetic, committed, and enthusiastic.


• Strong communication skills.


• Fluent English

Pay: €15\.00\-€17\.00 per hour
