Front of House Manager — Lotus Clinic, London *Private dental and implant practice*

Lotus Clinic is entering an exciting new chapter. We're investing in our team, our space, and the experience we offer our clients and we're looking for a Front of House Manager to be at the heart of it.

This is more than a reception role. You will own the entire front\-of\-house experience: the first phone call, the welcome at the door, the feel of the waiting area, the follow\-up after treatment. You will set the tone for our clients and play an active part in shaping the culture of our team. You will also be involved in our in\-house marketing and patient engagement work \- adding the personal touch that only someone who knows our clients can bring.

What you'll do

• Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism, and own the look, feel and atmosphere of reception and the waiting area


• Manage appointment scheduling and clinician diaries to balance a great client experience with clinical productivity


• Handle enquiries with care and confidence, guiding prospective clients from first contact through to booked treatment


• Run check\-in, check\-out, payments and treatment plan follow\-ups smoothly and accurately


• Keep patient records up to date


• Work closely with our clinical team to make every patient journey seamless


• Play an active role in our marketing and client engagement campaigns, including personal outreach, reactivation, and follow\-ups


• Be a positive, collaborative presence who helps us build a friendly, supportive culture across the whole team

• Experienced in front\-of\-house, reception, hospitality or patient coordination — dental, medical, aesthetics, luxury hospitality or high\-end retail backgrounds all welcome


• Genuinely warm and people\-focused; the kind of person who makes others feel looked after the moment they walk in


• Organised, calm under pressure, and confident juggling competing priorities


• A natural communicator \- on the phone, face\-to\-face and in writing


• Curious about marketing, client engagement and how a clinic grows


• Energised by the idea of helping shape a culture, not just running a diary


• Familiar with dental practice software (SOE/EXACT/Dentally) is a plus

• Salary £28,000–£33,000 depending on experience
