Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our front\-of\-house team at Fat Pat's in Shoreditch. This role is vital in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our commitment to quality and hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front\-of\-house operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the front\-of\-house team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.
- Previous experience in North American cuisine or similar food concepts is a plus.
- Hospitality or restaurant management qualification is preferred.
