The Role
Join the team at FORZZA! We are growing fast, and our busy Verwood pizzeria is looking for an energetic, professional, and highly experienced Front of House Lead to join our close\-knit crew. As the "face" of FORZZA, you aren't just taking orders—you are managing the atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our amazing local community, and we need someone who understands that exceptional customer service is the heart of everything we do.

Most important: We are looking for someone with the experience to run the bar and lead the floor on occasion. You should be as comfortable pulling a pint and shaking a cocktail as you are greeting customers and handling queries.

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Excellence: Greeting guests with genuine energy, managing tables, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.
The Bar: Crafting cocktails, pulling the perfect pint, and maintaining a clean, efficient bar service.
Responsibility: Taking ownership of the shift, handling payments, and supporting the wider team during busy service peaks

What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: You must have a solid background in hospitality and be comfortable stepping into a leadership capacity.
Drink Specialists: Experience in making a range of alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, is essential.
The "Host" Mentality: You are friendly, organized, and thrive in a fast\-paced, social environment.
