Front of House Hotel Porter

Are you full of flair, charisma and 1st class customer service? Then this is the role you are looking for! The Tawny Hotel is looking for Front of House Hotel Porters with a can do attitude, and that will help make The Tawny the place to be.

The Tawny hotel is a deconstructed hotel that comprises of a main building with the Plumicorn Restaurant, Feathers Bar alongside 21 Wedding pods, 10 Shepherd Huts, 24 Treehouses/Lodges and Retreats. We have a second estate 10 minutes of way featuring our Luxury Serviced Holiday Homes The Fledglings and our new Self\-Catering Owlets!

Candidates must be flexible as the role will be working a variety hours over days and weekends, including evenings. Shift pattern can work from early mornings, and can run into late evenings. Due to the location of the role, your own transport is advised.

Contracts are currently 0\-16 hours, however as the business grows and get busy, more hours can be given.

The Role Duites:

· Ensure a smooth operation with Front Office with standards and efficiency on your shift

· Handover and Communication with Receptionist Team

· Meet and Greet Guests for Check\-In and Check\-Out

· Make the reception lounge and enjoyable experience with Beverage Orders on Arrival

· Ensuring needs of guests are met where possible

· Working alongside and assisting the Receptionists/Front Office Manager

· Ensuring communication with Restaurant and Reception team with bookings

· Minimize and address complaints

· Transport guests in vehicle from Wedding Venue, Bedrooms, Treatment Room and Restaurant

· Ensure you are on time with day to day vehicle planning from booking/tracker form

· Transportation of Luggage

· Knowledge of local area for guests

· Ensure all payment terms are met where required

Pay:

• £13\.50 per hour

• Typical Shifts: 7am \- 3pm \- 1:30pm \- 10pm or 10am \- 7pm


• Weekend working is required, but we do offer a worklife balance and share weekend working to ensure time off
