We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand engagement. You will be responsible for overseeing various digital marketing initiatives, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content and scheduling posts to optimise reach and engagement
- Oversee SEO optimisation across websites and content to improve search engine rankings
- Coordinate projects using effective project management tools to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create visual content for social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the organisation’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, analysing performance data to maximise ROI
- Conduct analysis using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Implement email marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences to generate leads and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels
- Lead efforts in B2B marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with partners and clients
- Monitor industry trends to keep strategies innovative and competitive
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Expertise in SEO optimisation techniques and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Creative skills in Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and B2B marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights effectively
- Leadership qualities with experience managing teams or projects within a fast\-paced environment
- IT literacy with a good understanding of social media management tools and project management software
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Pay: £24,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
