An outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected, boutique commercial finance House in the heart of Birmingham. This role is working three days per week paying £32,000 pro rata. (£17.50 per hour)

They are now seeking a polished and proactive Front of House & Office Coordinator to become the face of the business and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional reception position. You will be the heartbeat of the office creating a seamless, professional and welcoming experience for clients while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a warm, professional and memorable front-of-house experience for all visitors
- Managing meeting rooms end-to-end — from preparation and catering to hosting and turnaround
- Ensuring the office environment reflects the high standards of the business at all times
- Handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
- Coordinating travel, couriers and logistics
- Supporting events, internal initiatives and awards submissions
- Assisting with compliance processes including fire safety testing and record management
- Proactively managing diaries and anticipating requirements ahead of meetings
