Front Line Associate (French language) – Netherlands, Amsterdam

In this role, you will be welcoming our customers and governing processes for the following:
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with guidance and help in processing their transactions.
- You will ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules, and you will professionally deal with customers' inquiries in a timely manner.
- Fluency in French and English languages. Knowledge of Dutch and additional language would be a plus.
- Customer service experience in money transfer and change operations would be considered a great advantage.
- Problem\-solving skills.
- Experience in cash management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
