Front End Developer

Overview:

The Front\-End Developer role is part of the E\-commerce (Digital Experience) team, and is responsible for enhancing the online customer journey through personalization, A/B testing, and localized content.
This position focuses on developing user\-facing features, ensuring optimal website performance, and supporting global initiatives to improve the digital shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user\-facing features to enhance the user experience.


• Utilize Monetate to create and manage templates to run A/B tests and personalization campaigns.


• Oversee AEM content publication and provide clear creation / publication guidelines to site merchandisers.


• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality.


• Support in specifying new features and collaborating with global teams as needed.


• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• 2 years minimum experience as a Front\-End Developer or similar role.


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) are a plus.


• Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools, specifically Monetate.


• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.


• Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.


• Proficiency in English.
