Are you a French speaker based in or around Porto and looking for a new customer support opportunity?

We are looking for French\-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team in Porto.

The role is suitable for candidates with previous customer\-facing experience as well as motivated candidates looking to develop their career in an international environment.

Your Role

• Support French\-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat


• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information


• Assist customers with account, service and product\-related enquiries


• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently


• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems


• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience


• Collaborate with colleagues when additional support is required

Your Profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2\)


• Good command of English


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer\-oriented and solution\-focused attitude


• Comfortable using computers and digital tools


• Ability to learn new systems quickly


• Previous customer service experience is an advantage


• Motivated entry\-level candidates are also welcome


• Availability to work onsite in Porto
