We are a Pixxel Digital and we're looking to recruit an experienced sales executive to drive new business in our prominent areas which include, Web design, Graphic Design \& Print.

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Freelance/Self Employed Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an excellent platform for professional development within a fast\-paced, innovative organisation. The successful applicant will utilise their expertise in sales strategies and CRM tools to achieve organisational objectives and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long\-term partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, with the ability to leverage its features effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation processes to optimise outreach efforts.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target\-driven environment.

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential. Pay: £40,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
