<p>In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the conversation — engaging directly with communities, answering consumer questions, resolving customer concerns, and turning challenging interactions into positive brand experiences. From managing fast-moving social conversations to navigating negative sentiment with confidence and empathy, you’ll play a key role in shaping how audiences connect with the brand every day.</p>
