We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to help drive growth within our plumbing and heating business.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of generating leads, building commercial partnerships, increasing customer retention, and implementing successful growth strategies within the plumbing, heating, HVAC, or related trade services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

\* Generate high\-quality domestic and commercial leads

\* Develop relationships with landlords, estate agents, property developers, facilities management companies, and commercial clients

\* Increase recurring revenue through maintenance contracts and boiler service plans

\* Follow up quotations and improve conversion rates

\* Create and implement local marketing and business growth strategies

\* Improve customer retention and repeat business

\* Identify partnership, referral, and networking opportunities

\* Support CRM management, sales pipelines, and customer follow\-up processes

\* Provide regular reporting on leads, growth, and business performance

\* Contribute to long\-term business expansion and scaling initiatives

Requirements
\* Minimum 10 years of experience helping plumbing and heating businesses achieve measurable growth
\* Proven track record of delivering business development and sales results
\* Strong understanding of the plumbing, heating, or HVAC industry
\* Excellent communication, relationship\-building, sales, and negotiation skills
\* Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
