<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a full-time Freelance Art Director.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><em> Project coordination</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Day-to-day management of projects in the Art team</li>
<li>Good organization and time management to ensure excellent project delivery</li>
<li>Accustomed to direct dealings with global clients</li>
<li>Management of other team members</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Creativity:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Conceptualization and innovative graphic and creative solutions delivery</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Agency:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Active and enthusiastic participant in all aspects of agency life </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<p>You have a creative profile and you’re used to coordinate and carry out numerous design projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have a high level of English and experience in advertising agencies, in all media (digital, printed, outdoor...).</p>
<p>Experience will be assessed in international projects and in the healthcare sector.</p>
<p>We are looking for responsible people, with enthusiasm, ability to conceptualize, taste, talent and ease for teamwork.</p>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous international experience</li>
<li>English language mastery</li>
<li>High level of design and conceptualization skills</li>
<li>Absolute mastery of the Adobe package and Figma.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience coordinating teams and graphic design projects and ability to handle them autonomously.</li>
<li>Some healthcare agency experience is a plus</li>
<li>Team player and leadership skills</li>
<li>Strong worth ethic and proactivity</li>
