Compelite Pro is a strategy\-led social media marketing and personal branding agency working with ambitious businesses across the UK.

We’re looking for somebody confident, proactive, commercially\-minded, and good with people to help support outbound lead generation and appointment setting for the agency.

This is not a hard sales closing role.

Your role is to:

  • Start conversations with businesses

  • Reach out to warm and cold prospects

  • Follow up leads and enquiries

  • Qualify opportunities

  • Book discovery calls into our calendar

  • Help keep the sales pipeline moving consistently
You’ll be working directly alongside the founder and integrated into the wider growth of the agency.

The Role

This is a flexible freelance/contractor position initially.

The role would suit somebody with experience in:

  • Recruitment

  • Appointment setting

  • Sales outreach

  • Business development

  • Lead generation

  • Agency/client services

  • Relationship\-based sales
It could be particularly well suited to:
  • Former recruiters

  • Freelance sales professionals

  • Someone commercially\-minded who wants flexibility and autonomy
We care far more about communication, consistency, initiative, and professionalism than formal qualifications.

You’ll primarily be using:

  • Networking

  • LinkedIn

  • Email

  • Phone calls

  • CRM systems

  • Follow\-up messaging
What We’re Looking For

You should be:

  • Confident speaking with business owners

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach

  • Organised and responsive

  • Able to build natural conversations

  • Self\-managed and proactive

  • Commercially aware

  • Reliable and consistent
Experience in marketing, agencies, branding, construction, recruitment, or B2B services is a bonus, but not essential.

Compensation

This is a performance\-led freelance role.

Current structure includes:

  • Flat fee per qualified attended appointment

  • Recurring commission on signed clients you directly generate

  • Increased commission opportunities based on performance and long\-term contribution
