The Role
As a Freelance Affiliate Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping GoSpooky scale its creator commerce offering through Speaky, our creator community platform. You'll be responsible for activating, engaging and growing a network of creators while supporting the execution of UGC and affiliate campaigns that drive measurable results for brands on TikTok Shop.
You'll work closely with creators, brand partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from onboarding and activation through to reporting and optimisation. This role reports to the Head of Creator Campaigns and collaborates closely with stakeholders across the Commerce and TikTok Shop teams, Creators, Sellers and Brand Partners.
We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible for an initial 3\-month period. Ideally this would be full\-time, but we’re open to discussing hours, and there is potential to extend the role.
What you’ll do
- Maintaining and growing the Speaky creator community; day\-to\-day engagement, communication and retention
- Managing creator onboarding: guiding new creators through sign\-up, platform setup and first activation
- Executing affiliate campaigns end\-to\-end; creator briefing, coordination, content delivery and reporting
- Activating creators for TikTok Shop: matching creators to campaigns, tracking GMV and affiliate content output
- 1\-3 years of experience managing creator communities; knows what drives engagement and retention
- Affiliate campaign execution experience: briefing, coordination, delivery tracking and reporting
- Expeirence with affiliate marketing mechanics; affiliate links, commission models, performance tracking
- Comfortable with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalents)
- Organised and proactive; can manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously without being chased
- Fluent in English and Dutch; strong preference for local creator relationships
