Frame Design Manager

If you're passionate about product design and excited by the opportunity to influence a global eyewear range, this could be the perfect next step. As Design Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing our frame collections across multiple markets, helping us deliver relevant, diverse and trend-led products that our customers love. Working at the heart of our Frame Development team, you'll help bring our purpose of changing lives through better sight and hearing to life through great design.

You'll work closely with Buying, brand and market teams to manage the design process from concept through to sign-off. From coordinating CAD reviews and design briefs to reviewing samples against design expectations and managing critical paths, you'll ensure every stage of development is delivered with consistency, accuracy and attention to detail. You'll also help present creative concepts and build strong partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong analytical thinking and enjoys turning ideas into action. You'll bring a passion for product design, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is essential, alongside strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. A proactive mindset, curiosity for trends and innovation, and a focus on continuous improvement will help you thrive in this role.
