This role requires an experienced strategic leader, with a background in charity, to operate at executive and functional leadership level. This role will involve working alongside the leadership team to translate strategic intent into structured, prioritised, and deliverable plans, while embedding sustainable planning and delivery practices.

  • Translate strategy into prioritised, actionable plans

  • Improve decision-making through structured frameworks and governance

  • Embed disciplined, outcome-driven planning and delivery practices

  • Build internal capability and confidence to sustain change

Profile
  • Operate confidently at Exec level

  • Provide constructive challenge and guidance

  • Bring deep expertise in strategic planning, prioritisation & transformation delivery

  • Influence without authority in a fractional/advisory capacity

  • Background in charity / non profits

Job Offer
  • UK based / Fully remote

  • £600 daily rate (OUTSIDE IR35)

  • Immediate start

  • Approx 6 months

  • Fractional (1-3 days per week)
