Job Overview
We're working with a client to seek an experienced Fractional HR Business Partner to support the business in contributing to the delivery of strategic HR interventions, providing advice and support to the business and its employees, ensuring that all people related risks are minimised to enable delivery of the clients business plan.
This is for one day a week based onsite at their offices. Operating on a self\-employed/freelance basis to deliver fractional HR support.
Accountabilities
- Partner with the Founders, MD and leadership team on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Deliver the HR strategy to support business growth.
- Lead HR support during organisational change.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance, development and employment law.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees
- Develop and maintain HR policies, contracts and processes.
- Drive performance management and talent development.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Advise on reward, benefits and payroll administration.
- Promote HR best practice and ensure legal compliance.
- Significant experience in a senior generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting growing SMEs, hospitality, consultancy or professional services businesses.
- Experience leading organisational change.
- Strategic thinker with a hands\-on approach.
- Experience across HR operations, employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
