The role

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to join a fast\-growing B2B SaaS–focused sales strategy firm working with startups and scale\-ups at key growth moments.
You’ll lead high\-impact commercial strategy missions and act as a fractional Head of Sales for clients: designing go\-to\-market strategies, structuring sales engines, and driving execution when needed.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and hands\-on leadership, with strong exposure to founders and executive teams.
Profile
-----------
- 5–7\+ years in sales leadership roles (Head of Sales / SalesOps / BizOps, CRO, Sales\-driven COO or Chief of Staff)
- Strong background in B2B SaaS / tech environments
- Proven experience owning sales strategy, forecasting, P\&L and team costs
- Able to both design and run sales machines (strategy \+ execution)
- Highly analytical, data\-driven, Excel\-fluent
- Fluent in English and French
