FP&A Manager

INTERIM FP&A MANAGER - *Interested candidates must be comfortable being 4 days a week office-based from the firm’s GreenPark office*

The role is inside IR35 and on a day rate £700 - £850 per day

Equifind is partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to hire an experienced FP&A Manager into a visible and commercially critical interim position within their London team. This is not a back-office reporting role.

It’s a genuine commercial finance opportunity where you’ll work closely with senior leadership across UK and EMEA operations, helping shape business performance, strategic decision-making, forecasting, and financial planning across a complex international platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas


• Deliver insightful board and management reporting with clear commercial commentary


• Partner closely with senior stakeholders on business performance, cost management, and strategic initiatives


• Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and performance analytics


• Support decision-making through high-quality analysis and executive-ready presentations


• Drive improvements across reporting, controls, automation, and finance processes


• Play a key role in regional finance projects and transformation initiatives

• Initial 6 month contract, with the strong potential to extend

• ACA / CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified


• 5–10 years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience


• Experience within financial services, private equity, or large complex commercial organisations would be advantageous


• Strong experience within multi-entity or international businesses


• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills


• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities


• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, demanding environments
