This role goes beyond traditional planning and reporting: you will combine deep FP&A expertise with the ability to design and operate data and AI-driven finance workflows. 
You will play a key role in planning, forecasting, and reporting, while also transforming how Finance leverages data, automation, and AI to deliver scalable, high-quality insights across the business. This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape the future of FP&A, not just operate within existing processes. 
What you’ll do 
<ul>
<li>Own and contribute to periodic forecasts and multi-year financial plans. </li>
<li>Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support business initiatives, operational decisions, and investment cases. </li>
<li>Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. </li>
<li>Analyze financial performance against plan/forecast, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. </li>
<li>Track and report key KPIs to (Senior) Management and Business Leaders. </li>
<li>Transition reporting and analysis from Excel-based workflows to modern data platforms and BI tools. </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency on costs and financial performance. </li>
<li>Act as a Finance Business Partner, providing analysis and decision support to senior leadership. </li>
<li>Translate business questions into structured analytical and data problems. </li>
<li>Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines. </li>
<li>Design and manage AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, reporting, and analysis. </li>
<li>Structure financial and operational data to enable effective use of AI tools and agents. </li>

Who you are

<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, corporate finance, or management consulting, ideally in Financial Services, FinTech, or Technology. </li>
<li>Strong analytical, data, and financial modeling skills, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights. </li>
<li>Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Databricks (or similar platforms), and Excel. </li>
<li>Experience using AI tools to automate analysis and reporting workflows, including structuring prompts, workflows, and agents to solve FP&A challenges. </li>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and preferably with BPM tooling (e.g. planning and forecasting platforms) </li>
<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders. </li>
<li>Self-starter with a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. </li>
