Your Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance Business Partner within the EMEA team, supporting functional leads across Corporate and Medical Functions (e.g.\-, IT, HR, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial Development) by providing financial transparency and decision support
- Drive end\-to\-end planning, budgeting\-, and forecasting processes across business units and functions, including consolidation, variance analysis\-, and alignment of assumptions
- Support monthly closing activities to ensure data quality and governance
- Prepare management reports, executive summaries\-, and related commentary, translating financial results into actionable insights
- Analyze and interpret key financial performance drivers and apply insights to commercial and operational decision\-making
- Collaborate closely with regional (EMEA) and global colleagues across Finance and other business\-enabling functions to drive process efficiency and ensure strong financial governance
- Handle complex finance topics spanning commercial, operational\-, and compliance areas in close collaboration with cross\-functional partners
- Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling\-, and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to strategic and cross\-functional initiatives
- Successfully completed a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration\-, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Proven experience in Finance, Controlling\-, or FP\&A within an international company
- In\-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting\-, and analytics to support decision\-making
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally, experience working with Hyperion, SAP\-, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
