<li>As Sol de Janeiro is growing and expanding, we are looking for a Finance Analyst to support with data consolidation and analysis</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>The role supports the FP&A Senior Manager to control expenses and accounting for EMEA, and assists during key financial deadlines : Annual Operating Plan, Reforecast, long term planning.</li>
<li>Directly reports to FP&A Senior Manager of EMEA, based in Paris.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Be Working On</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support Regional teams to track their expenses, past and future, and to have them properly booked by accounting</li>
<li>Assist on monthly close for WHLS EMEA business (check expenses and prepare necessary journal entries)</li>
<li>Support with data upload data in systems (retail sales, stock levels)</li>
<li>Assist in updating and analyzing monthly KPI reports (Net Sales by customers, Retail sales, P&L by region/customers)</li>
<li>Help conduct any specific channel-related financial analysis upon request of INTL Team.</li>
<li>Special projects and financial ad-hoc financial analysis as needed</li>
<li>Assist with presentation documents</li>
</ul>
 
<h3>Must Haves</h3>
<ul>
<li>Must be fluent in English</li>
<li>1-2 years’ experience in Finance/Business analysis and FP&A or Accounting</li>
<li>Experience in Beauty or other consumer goods is preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, index, etc)</li>
<li>Experience with financial systems: ERP (SAP is a plus)</li>
<li>Analytical skills; ability to identify critical concerns and report them to supervisor; problem-solving/ solution finder abilities.</li>
<li>Pro-active; Ability to handle a multitude of projects</li>
<li>Team player; interpersonal skills;</li>
<li>Organization, rigor and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Self-motivation; high energy level; ability to work independently; interest in learning, open-minded.</li>
