Founding-Level Roles

Euforik is moving fast startup, and we're looking for two people to join our core team:
\- Founding Product \& Creative Lead,
\- Founding Engineer

The roles are different but work closely together. If you have experience across both product/design and engineering, even better. Apply for either or both.

FOUNDING PRODUCT \& CREATIVE LEAD
Our creative and product counterpart, someone who takes major responsibility for how Euforik looks, feels, works, and communicates, from the product to our visual identity.

Spans UI/UX, product design, branding, visual identity, motion, VFX, and creative direction. You don't need to master everything, but you should have a great eye for design, a strong product mindset, and a drive to create.

You'll be involved in:
\- Designing UI/UX and new product features
\- Taking ideas from concepts to polished designs
\- Developing Euforik's visual identity and design system
\- Working with engineers to turn designs into finished product
\- Creating motion graphics, product videos, and VFX
\- Improving how Euforik looks, feels, and communicates

We think you are: Creative, self\-driven, detail\-oriented. Someone who'd rather test, prototype, and create than wait for a brief.

FOUNDING ENGINEER
Someone who wants real ownership of building Euforik. You'll work across the product and engineering stack, turning ideas into features and helping shape technical direction and the product itself.

Not a ticket\-taking role. We want someone who thinks about the product, challenges ideas, and owns things from idea → implementation → production.

You'll be involved in:
\- Building and shipping new product features
\- Working across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI functionality
\- Turning ideas and designs into scalable, production\-ready solutions
\- Making technical and architectural decisions
\- Improving performance, reliability, and quality
\- Working with founders and product/design on what we build next

We think you are: A strong builder who enjoys solving hard problems and shipping. Self\-driven, curious, comfortable taking ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLES
Both are founding\-level roles with real responsibility and influence over what Euforik becomes. You'll work directly with the founders on a fast\-moving team where everyone has real impact. There's intentional overlap. Designer who can build, engineer with a great eye for product, or somewhere in between, we want to hear from you.
