About the Role
Join a pre\-seed healthtech startup as their founding GTM hire, owning the full commercial function from day one. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and execute a B2B sales motion from the ground up — shaping pipeline strategy, closing deals, and feeding customer insights back into the product. This is a high\-ownership, high\-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a founder\-led, fast\-moving environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and own the end\-to\-end B2B pipeline — outbound prospecting, partnership development, and inbound conversion
- Run the full sales cycle from first contact through contract negotiation and close (deal sizes ranging from €10k to €500k\+)
- Manage and iterate on the sales tech stack (Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear) and implement AI\-first workflows
- Negotiate pricing, packaging, and commercial terms directly with founders and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product and operational improvements
- Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks that can scale with future hires
What We're Looking For
Must\-have:
- 2\+ years closing complex B2B deals (€10k–€500k\+) with a verifiable track record
- Native German and fluent English — German proficiency is mandatory as most prospects are German\-speaking
- Eligibility to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
- Comfortable operating as a founding or first AE — able to self\-source pipeline without SDR support
- Hands\-on proficiency with modern sales tools: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear
- Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with senior stakeholders
- Background in healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS
- Experience leveraging voice\-of\-customer insights to influence product direction
- Familiarity with AI\-first and data\-driven sales methodologies
Compensation \& Benefits
- Salary range: €50,000–€60,000 all\-in OTE (annually)

Location
This role is based on\-site in Berlin, Germany, Monday–Friday. In\-person presence is a firm requirement — remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
