As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founding team, supporting key projects, operations, and strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business operations, strategy, and process optimization


• Conduct market research and support decision\-making


• Manage special projects and cross\-functional initiatives


• Support seed rounds, investor relations, and financial planning

• 2\+ years experience in startups, or business development.


• Analytical mindset and problem\-solving skills.


• Fluent in German and English.


• Onsite position
