The Opportunity

We launched Spain in 2025 and already serve 2,500\+ customers. Spain is one of our most strategic growth markets, and we are now entering the next phase: from successful launch to structured and scalable growth.
️ This role is based in Madrid and requires Spanish fluency!
Your Mission
----------------
We are looking for a Sales to join the team and turn inbound leads into satisfied customers, with autonomy, intelligence, method… and a touch of enthusiasm!

️ Your Responsibilities

As one of our first sales hires in Spain, you'll need a foundermindset, shaping strategy and building processes from the ground up.
- Develop the Spanish market by turning inbound leads into satisfied customers, with autonomy, intelligence, and method
- Qualify prospect needs with active listening and sharp judgment
- Understand and analyse prospect needs to propose concrete, personalised, high\-value solutions
- Close deals with rigour, method… and a touch of enthusiasm
- Track your KPIs, keep learning, and share your best practices
- Work hand in hand with Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a great customer experience

- Not afraid to pick up the phone and bounce back with energy and a smile
- You think as much as you act: analysis, strategy, and execution go hand in hand
- You care about our mission: simplifying insurance for professionals and the self\-employed
- Fresh graduate from a business school or equivalent, or with a first sales experience (your potential matters more than your CV)
- Comfortable speaking in English
