Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/d) - 6 months
OUR MISSION
Nox's mission is to make overnight trains the best way to travel Europe. As short\-haul flights face mounting environmental and customer pressure, we're building the premium night train experience that finally beats them on time, comfort and convenience. Now we're hiring the people who'll define what European travel feels like for the next decade. We recently closed our 2m Pre\-Seed Round, so the timing could not be better.
Tasks

As our Founder Associate Intern, you'll split your time 50/50 between supporting our CMO with the biggest moment in Nox's young history and partnering with our Chief of Staff to build the GTM and CRM engine that turns it into long\-term pipeline.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
*With our CMO:*
- Brand moment coordination: Drive the prep of a major physical brand activation from concept to on\-site readiness, with internal teams and external partners.
- Event logistics end\-to\-end: Venue and supplier coordination, on\-site setup, timeline tracking.
- Invitation funnel and on\-site meetings: Segment, invite, track RSVPs and choreograph the moments between attendees and our leadership team.
- Pre\-event media and social presence: Push reach and inbound interest before the big day.
- HubSpot CRM build: Data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, automations and reporting from the ground up.
- B2B pipeline onboarding and outreach: Enrich prospects across mobility, hospitality and distribution segments, then operationalise outreach sequences and follow\-up cadence.
- Cross\-departmental projects: Budget input, investor reporting prep, partner research, ICP refinement.
- Conversations into insights: Distill partner and customer feedback into structured input for product, marketing and sales.

HOW WE OPERATE
- Stay real. From intern to CEO, everyone works at least two cabin crew shifts a year
- Own it. Take responsibility from day one and shape Nox with your personal touch
- Challenge. Question legacy thinking and push ideas that really excite our customers
- Background: Currently studying or recently graduated. We care about how you think and execute, not the exact degree.
- First experience: Hands\-on in BD, sales, marketing, operations, events, consulting or a startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional, comfortable writing outreach to senior partners and briefing the founders alike.
- Mindset: Bias to action, low ego, high ownership. You spot what is missing and ship before being asked.
- Language: Fluent English (German is a strong plus).
- Setup: Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the internship.
