Direct reports: None. Delta's provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program.

About the Role

You are the technical leader for your hub's implementations. You own architecture, secure code delivery, team mentorship, and forward\-looking research to ensure every solution is innovative, scalable, and mission\-ready. At PVM, a Delta doesn't just oversee code. You architect solutions, lead delivery on projects, mentor builders, and stay ahead of trends, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, to multiply mission impact.

• Former Palantir Delta / FDSE or equivalent deep Palantir platform expertise


• 10\+ YOE in computer science, software engineering, mission knowledge, or related vocation


• Proven track record leading implementations in government or secure environments.


• You can design a system, mentor a team, and dive into code in the same day.
