Forward Deployed Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training for customer engineering teams


• Mentor developers through pairing, architectural guidance, and proof-of-concept development


• Rapidly understand customer systems, architectures, and codebases to provide immediate technical support


• Guide the design of multi-agent AI systems, focusing on orchestration, context engineering, and semantic data flows


• Support customers in building safe, production-ready applications with strong guardrails and policy frameworks


• Advise on system reliability, scalability, and deployment best practices, including SRE and DevOps principles


• Collaborate on environment setup, container orchestration, and production hardening strategies


• Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams


• Run office hours, architectural reviews, and ongoing technical enablement sessions


• Ensure customers progress toward technical independence and production ownership

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with distributed systems and modern software architecture


• Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, context engineering, and multi-agent frameworks


• Experience designing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, and evaluation/testing frameworks


• Strong proficiency in JVM-based languages (e.g., Java) and distributed computing concepts


• Experience with cloud-native systems, including Kubernetes and containerized deployments


• Solid understanding of SRE principles, system reliability, and production-grade architecture


• Ability to quickly learn new frameworks, programming languages, and technical domains


• Experience in technical consulting, developer relations, engineering enablement, or mentoring roles


• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise teams


• Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments


• Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills
