Purpose Of The Role:

Two excellent opportunities have opened up at our Dublin Branch in the role of Logistics Operative. The successful applicant will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving of pallets, house\-keeping and general Cross Dock activity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in the Cross Dock


• Loading of rigids and trailers


• Unloading of rigids and trailers


• Moving pallets from Inbound to the correct tracks


• Processing of Inbound and reporting any discrepancies via the system


• Perform other related duties as required


• Ensure adherence to the health and safety processes

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an MHE operational environment or similar


• Valid counterbalance forklift licence


• Valid PPT licence desirable


• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills


• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy


• A highly customer service orientation with an understanding of what good looks like and a passion for delivering quality


• Highly adaptable with a flexible approach


• Ability to deal with customer problems efficiently and professionally


• Take responsibility to resolve issues


• Ability to work on own initiative and adapt working day around the issues that arise


• Strong IT skills desirable


• Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy and tact.


• Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment


• A proven track record of supervising the management of a team


• Persuasive, motivational and persistent.


• Strong team leadership and teambuilding abilities


• Level of flexibility will be required from time to time due to business needs

Pay: €30,000\.00\-€34,000\.00 per year
