Candidate profile (text) \- en\_UK / en\_INTERNATIONAL Are you good at driving a reach truck? Do you love to work at night/morning and use your physicallity in your work? If so, you may be a good match as a Forklift Driver for the Goods Receiving department at IKEA.
To be successful in this job, you:
- Must have a Danish license for operating forklifts, or a forklift license from a EU, EEA country or Switzerland, which is eligible for approval by Arbejdstilsynet.
- Preferably have experience driving reach truck.
- Are in good physical shape and can handle manual labor.
- Are motivated by prioritizing and organizing your work to make efficient use of time.
- Are good at creating overviews and have attention to detail.
- Have good self\-discipline and thrive in routine tasks.
- Can communicate well in English.
Key responsibilities (text) \- en\_UK / en\_INTERNATIONAL As a Forklift Driver you play an important part for IKEA’s customers and sales, because you and your team make sure our home furnishing solutions and accessories are always accessible for our customers. Every day is fast paced because we work with a sharp deadline at 10 AM, when the store opens.
Your tasks will be:
- Sorting and loading reveived goods into the warehouse by driving reach truck and powered stacker.
- Working together and following up with colleagues to keep the store fully stocked.
- Handling of goods and stock taking, as well as updating IT systems accordingly.
- Proactively securing the safety of your colleagues and our customers in your working area.
- Maintenance of machinery and cleaning up the department.

- Working hours will vary depending on business needs, with shifts primarily between 04\.00 AM and 10\.15 AM. You should also expect to work every second weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to provide input regarding your work schedule.
- Salary follows IKEA’s salary framework within logistics and includes pension, flexible benefits allowance, and payment for odd working hours.
- Other employment terms follow the HK Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees.
