Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: Ashby De La Zouch

Hourly Rates:

• £15\.10 p/h \- PM Shift (14:00 \- 22:00, Monday to Friday)


• up to £30\.20 p/h for overtime

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential

We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our client's warehouse team in Ashby De La Zouch.

This is a fast\-paced warehouse role involving the safe and efficient operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, alongside general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse


• Transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas


• Load and unload vehicles as required


• Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties


• Follow all site health and safety procedures


• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment


• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets

Requirements

• A valid and in\-date Counterbalance FLT licence is essential


• Previous Counterbalance FLT driving experience


• Previous warehouse experience


• Good understanding of health and safety procedures


• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties


• Reliable, punctual and flexible


• Must be able to work the assigned shift pattern


• Own transport essential due to limited public transport options
